*woohah*
We finally have high speed internet at my new home! The guy came over last night to install everything, so we're pleased. Finally, a way to connect us to the outside world, haha. We also have cable, which can be oh-so-very-bad for us. I came home late last night [the workload has been heavy lately at the office] then Joshua + I sat in front of the tube to check out what channels we have. We ordered basic cable, but it appears that the cable fairyman has granted us with extended basic cable complete with 75 chizzzannels... hmm. Hope they don't charge us extra in the end since it is not what we initially asked for. If not, bless you, good cable guy! ;)

Anyway, thirty minutes became an hour. An hour became two hours + a half. Fight Club was on, but I couldn't watch it since J has not seen it yet + it was well towards the middle-end of the movie. Dang, such a good flic. I need to borrow that from my sis so he can get learn-ed! We flipped through MTV Road Rules, Life with the Barkers, Animal Planet, the WB, American Idol, Fresh Prince, Roseanne, Original Sin... Before you know it, we spent a whole 2.5 hours just flipping through channels. That's it. It wasn't set on a definite channel for more than 5 minutes. You can tell we both have not watched tv in awhile. I was actually stopping to view commercials I have not seen, for crying out loud. Yep, cable-deprived people need an automatic 'off' feature when there are things to do... like go to sleep.
