This is the first night...
...of my long-awaited exercise regimen. So, we finally found a place to work out. It was by accident, too, when we were giving J's parents + sis the grand tour of his campus. Running machines, weight machines, + free weights--all this at our disposal. And fo' what?? FO' FREE! :D Thirty minutes cardio, thirty minutes weight-lifting, then hopefully thirty minutes cardio again. We'll also get a nice bike ride in since I do not want to lose my good parking spot. We're going to try to do this at least 3 nights a week. Let's hope I can stick to this regimen. It's been a long time waiting...

You should try the elliptical machines. I tried one yesterday and it was great. I think Oliver also uses that for cardio and it works lower and upper body. :)
I would, but this "fitness center" doesn't have *that* many options. :P Some rowing machines, a couple of treadmills, some bike machines, + some weight machines, but no ellipticals.
