Projects:

KITCHEN
• chopped extra double-door cabinet in half
• placed extra countertop on cabinet to visualize a small kitchen island / mini-bar [in progress]

FOYER
• removed exit sign, old + crusty light fixture, + old smoke detector
• applied 3 coats of low-luster brick sealant
• applied foam insulation
• began drywall frame installation on exposed brick
