[w/ te, kuya, + russ. last-minute show--seems a lot of these shows tend to be last-minute, eh? first exposure to those "weird boys" called Jump, Little Children. this was an attempt to escape the ruins of my Savannah apartment, the trudging duties of moving, getting away from my roommate + her hellion of a mom, + a good excuse to celebrate my sister's birthday. + what a way to celebrate. yay!]

Virgos Merlot in my town? how is this possible? well, it was the first + last time for me, so my sis + i enjoyed it while it lasted. scored a free-of-charge VM shirt "with the faces" c/o Mark Mercado, who gave it to Chris Dickerson to give to me. i still owe Mercado 20 bux for it. this is also the nite i created a poster for them to sign.]

[w/ avonn + arlene. wow. initially, i was skeptical just cos of the $50 ticket to get in, but after experiencing the blue men, i didn't regret a cent. it's such a good time--performance art with a bit of audience participation. we had front row + center! so it was mandatory to wear the complimentary smocks. we also had to wrap white streamers around our foreheads. i won't tell you why. just try the BMG at least once in your life.]
